Where we ship

We ship to several countries. Our shipping zones include North America (Canada, United States), Europe (Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, Portugal, Spain, United Kingdom), and Oceania (Australia).

Order processing

We process orders within 1–2 business days. Our daily cut-off time for processing orders is 2:00 PM Pacific Time (PDT). If you place an order after this time, we'll start processing it on the next business day.

Shipping options and costs

North America (Canada, United States)

Standard shipping: Shipping is free for orders over $89.00; otherwise, it's free. You can expect your order to arrive within 6–9 business days (1–2 business days for processing + 5–7 business days for transit).

Europe (Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, Portugal, Spain, United Kingdom)

Standard shipping: Shipping is free for orders over $99.00; otherwise, it's free. You can expect your order to arrive within 8–11 business days (1–2 business days for processing + 7–9 business days for transit).

Oceania (Australia)

Standard shipping: Shipping is free for orders over $99.00; otherwise, it's free. You can expect your order to arrive within 10–13 business days (1–2 business days for processing + 9–11 business days for transit).

Tracking your order

After your order ships, we'll send you a confirmation email with tracking information. You can also track your order directly on our website at /pages/order-tracking.

Delays, customs and duties

Sometimes, unforeseen delays can happen due to carrier issues, weather, or busy periods. For international orders, any customs duties or taxes are your responsibility.

Lost, damaged or wrong items

If your order is lost, damaged, or you receive the wrong items, please contact us right away, preferably with photos. We'll work to resolve the issue according to our return policy, which you can find at /policies/returns.
