Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. We do not have any items that are marked as final sale.

How to start a return

To start a return, please email us at support@logicwoody.com with your order number. We will provide you with a return label that you can download.

Return shipping and fees

We cover the cost of return shipping. You won't be charged a restocking fee for returns.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7 business days. We only refund original shipping costs if we made an error with your order.

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the item you want.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please report it to us with photos. We will replace the item or issue a refund at no extra cost to you.

Cancelling an order
